Planner – Teddington
My client is seeking a skilled Planner to join their team, specialising in voids, decent homes, and housing maintenance in the Teddington area, on a contract for 3 months.
This role involves efficiently allocating resources, monitoring work volumes, and ensuring that all scheduled appointments are met.
You will track job progress, update schedules, and work collaboratively with other teams to resolve any issues that arise. Maintaining excellent communication with both customers and colleagues is essential to ensure a smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching service and maintenance engineers, monitoring project progress, and updating plans as necessary.
You will also be expected to liaise with project teams to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies, while providing accurate reports on timelines and milestones to key stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The role is for 3 months and is paying up to £17 per hour PAYE + holiday pay or £23 per hour Umbrella.
