An established, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy is seeking a competent, intermediate Building Surveyor for their central London office.

The Building Surveyor’s role

The successful Building Surveyor will report to a Partner but be comfortable working independently (at times) across a diverse portfolio of residential properties. Sites are mainly within the greater London area with a few spreading further into the home counties.

Day to day, the successful Building Surveyor will have a strong focus on defect diagnosis, report writing, and contract administration. In a department of 5 Surveyors and a Clerk of Works, this role will suit someone who likes to be part of a team.

The Building Surveyor

* Minimum of 4 years Building Surveying experience

* Must have: defect diagnosis and report writing experience

* Be comfortable working independently

* Contract administration experience would be a plus

* Working towards your APC

In Return?

* £45,000 – £55,000

* APC support and professional fees

* Pension

* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

* 2 days WFH a week

* Mobile and laptop
