Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

A growing consultancy is seeking a Project-level Cost Consultant to join its London office. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career quantity surveyor looking to build their experience on a variety of asset types across the commercial, residential, and retail sectors.

You will work alongside experienced cost professionals on a diverse project portfolio, gaining direct client exposure and contributing to both cost planning and project delivery. This position offers full APC support and a clear pathway to chartership.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in cost planning, tendering, procurement, and contract administration
Support senior colleagues in project delivery across various sectors
Attend client meetings and help produce reports and cost estimates
Contribute to due diligence and feasibility assessments
Build relationships with external stakeholders including agents and solicitors

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar construction-related field
Working toward or enrolled on the APC pathway
Some consultancy or construction experience (e.g., placement, graduate role)
Strong communication and numeracy skills
Eagerness to learn, develop, and gain chartership
