A well-respected consultancy is seeking an Associate-level Cost Consultant to join its London office. This leadership role offers the chance to shape client relationships, drive business growth, and mentor a high-performing team.

Working directly with directors, you'll take ownership of large-scale commercial and residential projects, provide strategic advice, and influence the direction of both projects and the business itself.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead major cost consultancy commissions from inception to completion
Maintain senior-level relationships with clients and stakeholders
Drive fee generation, pipeline development, and business planning
Manage and mentor a team of consultants and graduates
Contribute to the strategic direction of the London office

What We're Looking For:

MRICS qualified with extensive post-qualification experience
Strong consultancy background with demonstrable leadership skills
Track record of delivering complex, high-value projects
Commercially astute and confident in client-facing roles
Ability to support team growth and contribute to business development
