Gas Engineers

Fraser Edwards are currently hiring for a Gas Engineer for our client who are a well respected construction contractor who undertake all property related works on MOD Properties across the Catterick and surrounding area and is a great opportunity to join a well established business.

Main Duties:

* Experience carrying out response maintenance repairs to domestic boilers/systems in occupied and void properties

* Proven experience of undertaking all aspects of domestic gas and plumbing repairs

* Completing gas safety inspections within tenanted and void properties

* Testing checks and stopping leaks

* Landlord Safety Checks

* Emergency Repairs

* Fault Finding

Ideal Candidate:

* Full UK Driving License

* ACS Gas Safe – CCN1, CENTWAT1, CRK1, HTR1

This role will include a call out rota, which is 1 in every 4 weeks.

* you will receive a standby fee, paid per day

* All call outs paid at x1.5 hourly rate door to door

* No more than 4 – 6 call outs which normally occur before 10pm and after 6am
