Hire Controller

I'm working with a fast-growing, dynamic equipment hire business that's on the lookout for a Hire Controller to join their busy team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy speaking with customers, and have a knack for keeping things organised, this could be the perfect fit.

What you'll be doing:

* Handling incoming hire enquiries via phone and email

* Coordinating equipment deliveries and collections

* Managing bookings and availability in the hire system

* Liaising with drivers, workshop staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations

What they’re looking for:

* Experience in a hire or logistics (construction/equipment hire is a bonus)

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Good communication skills

* Ability to stay calm under pressure
