The Role:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you’ll work alongside the Site Manager to support the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in managing subcontractors, maintaining health & safety, and ensuring smooth on-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day site supervision and coordination
*
Monitor progress, report issues, and support scheduling
*
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
*
Carry out inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain site records
*
Support delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to spec
Requirements:
*
Minimum 2 years of experience in a site-based role (construction)
*
SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, and valid CSCS Card (preferred)
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Experience working on refurbishment, fit-out, or residential projects desirable
*
Motivated, team-oriented, and eager to develop professionally
