Architectural Technician
We are currently working with a well-established, design-led architectural practice based near Woking, now seeking an Architectural Technician to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically focused individual to contribute to the delivery of high-volume residential projects and progress within a thriving and forward-thinking studio.
With a strong client base including several leading national housebuilders, the practice specialises in delivering efficient, well-detailed housing schemes-from low-rise private developments to large-scale masterplans. Project values typically range from 10 to 500+ units, and the practice maintains a strong reputation for its collaborative approach and technical excellence.
As an Architectural Technician, you will be involved in the technical design and delivery of multiple projects, attending sites, liaising with developers and contractors, and preparing high-quality technical information. The practice uses AutoCAD as a core tool but is increasingly integrating Revit into project workflows, so a working knowledge of BIM would be highly beneficial.
