The Role
Work from Cardiff or Bristol as part of our National Development & Infrastructure Planning Team. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing planning strategies, Local Plan representations, and Planning Statements.
Supporting Planning Directors and liaising with stakeholders to navigate planning applications.
Mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Engaging in business development to grow our client portfolio.
Requirements
Full RTPI chartered membership with strong experience in planning consultancy.
Advanced knowledge of local planning and policy, with strategic problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to drive client and stakeholder engagement.
