Our client, a prestigious contractor within the interior fit-out sector, is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee a prestigious project in London. Specializing in high-end residential fit outs, the company is known for delivering quality and innovative solutions. This role will suit a dynamic professional with a strong background in project management, client relations, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the delivery of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion
Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are adhered to
Control project budgets and costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget
Conduct site inspections and quality checks, ensuring compliance with specifications
Maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Provide leadership and support to the project team, fostering a collaborative environment
Liaise with project managers, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of key project milestonesRequirements:

Proven experience in managing residential interior fit-out projects, ideally within high-end or complex environments
Strong understanding of project management processes and building regulations
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time and within budget
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field (SMSTS, CSCS, etc.)
Hands-on experience with project coordination and managing site operations
