The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager / Trades Package Manager to join a major high-rise residential development starting this September. This is a freelance role with a reputable main contractor, ideal for someone confident managing key trade packages on a complex, multi-storey build.

Key Duties:

Oversee multiple subcontractor packages on-site, from structure through to fit-out.

Ensure works are progressing to schedule, to specification, and to the highest safety standards.

Coordinate daily site activity and interface between trades.

Attend site meetings, manage documentation, and report progress.

Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Requirements:

Previous experience managing trades on high-rise or RC frame projects.

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid are essential.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously and drive progress on site.

The Contract:

Start: September 2025

Duration: Long-term freelance

Rate: Competitive day rate, negotiable based on experience
