Senior M&E Manager

Senior M&E Manager – Major Mixed-Use Development – Central London
Up to £100,000 + Travel Allowance + Healthcare + Pension
We are partnering with a leading contractor to find a Senior M&E Manager to take a pivotal role on a landmark mixed-use development in Central London, managing a £50 million MEP package.
Ideally electrically biased, you’ll combine robust technical knowledge with strong delivery capability, ensuring this complex project is driven forward to the highest standard.
The Role:

Oversee and manage the full M&E scope on a major London project
Lead the design management process, with a strong focus on RIBA Stage 4 coordination
Ensure all technical aspects meet client, design and statutory requirements
Drive the programme and manage key M&E subcontractors and design consultants
Monitor quality, safety, programme, and cost to ensure successful delivery
Be the technical point of contact for design queries and solutions, working closely with internal and external teams
Report into the senior leadership team, providing updates and strategic input What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing large M&E packages on major projects in the UK
Electrically biased preferred but strong all-round M&E capability essential
Significant experience at RIBA Stage 4 with strong design management skills
Strong technical understanding combined with the ability to drive and deliver projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills What’s On Offer:
