Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join their dynamic Building Services division. Your Role as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager
As a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to handover. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities of a Senior Mechanical Project Manager
Manage all phases of mechanical building services projects, including planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
Liaise with design teams and internal departments to resolve technical challenges. What We're Looking for in a Senior Mechanical Project Manager
Proven experience in managing mechanical building services projects, ideally within commercial, healthcare, or education sectors.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, and specifications.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
