Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Oldbury Office (West Midlands)
Salary: £55,000 + Company Vehicle or 10% Car Allowance

A leading company within the ECO and renewable energy sector, delivering sustainable energy solutions to social housing providers across the West Midlands are expanding their team and seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee key projects from their Oldbury office.

The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle of EWI schemes, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with social housing associations, internal teams, and subcontractors to manage multiple retrofit and insulation projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage EWI projects from inception to completion

*

Coordinate site activities and subcontractors

*

Ensure compliance with ECO and PAS2035 standards

*

Liaise with social housing clients and maintain strong relationships

*

Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control

*

Support H&S compliance and risk management on all sites

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience managing EWI and retrofit schemes

*

Strong understanding of ECO funding and renewable technologies

*

Background in working with social housing clients

*

Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills

*

Full UK driving licence
