Role: Project Manager

Reporting to: Operations Manager

To lead construction projects from inception through to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required high quality standards. Act as the key point of contact between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day management of the construction project
• Develop and maintain programmes and resource plans.
• Lead design coordination ensuring compliance with the employers requirements and specifications
• Lead a highly motivated and well-resourced team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a results-driven culture to consistently deliver project success.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to meet project goals.
• Oversee site safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractor performance and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders.
• Support tendering, cost control, and variation management as required.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and project delivery.

Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience managing similar construction projects
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and contract management knowledge.
• Health & Safety qualified (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS).
• Familiarity with ASTA power projects and BIM 360 desired
