JOIN OUR CLIENT’S TEAM – Community Benefits Manager | Dublin

We’re looking for an experienced Community Benefits Manager to lead the development and delivery of community engagement, social value, and local economic inclusion initiatives to join our prestigious client’s major civils & infrastructure programme at Dublin Airport.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact — ensuring projects deliver tangible, lasting benefits for local communities.

Salary: €65,000 – €70,000 DOE + excellent benefits

Location: Dublin

What we’re looking for:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences

* Public Policy

* Community Development, or similar

* 3–5 years’ experience in community engagement, social value, or stakeholder management — ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector

* Strong understanding of Irish public sector procurement, community benefit clauses, and ESG practices

* Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build collaborative relationships

* Full driving licence

* Candidates must be able to pass all required background checks and security clearances for working airside at Dublin Airport, including Garda vetting and relevant police checks

Desirable:

Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) Project Management Professional (PMP)
