We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to work with our established Project Manager to drive forward the delivery of our Power & Energy Sector works across the Southern area. What You’ll Bring:

* Safety First Culture.

* Electrical qualifications – ideally 18th Edition.

* High Voltage experience with electrical installations, including minor civils cabling route containment in distribution sub stations.

* Strong organisational skills and a team ethos

* Strong background & experience in electrical construction engineering (degree or HNC/HND preferred).

* Experience in the High Voltage power energy sectors.

* Can demonstrate a proven track record of safe, quality and on time delivery.

What you will work on:

· Distribution sub station electrical installation

What You’ll Do:

* Collaborate with the Project Manager, in house installation teams & approved suppliers to deliver the project portfolio.

· Maximise project resources, including labour, plant, and transport, for peak productivity.

* Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements including cost and programming

* Monitor and oversee the site supervision carrying out the construction and installation works, ensuring safety, quality, in compliance with the designs and industry standards.

* Manage client relationships and ensure works meet contract requirements, timelines, and budgets.

* Review and approve documentation, including construction programmes, method statements, and ITPs.

* Manage your team, project resources, and finances to stay within budget and deadlines.

* Ensure compliance with company health & safety policies, as well as QUENSH standards.

Pay: £400.00-£500.00 per day
