Job Opportunity: Site Manager – Short-Term Contract

Location: Coventry
Duration: 24th July to 11th August 2025
Rate: £260 – £280 per day (depending on experience)
Project: School extension and internal refurbishment

Linsco are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short-term school project in Coventry. The works involve a small extension and internal refurbishment, with a tight schedule and high standards of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure work is delivered on time and to specification
Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site
Enforce health & safety compliance and maintain clean working conditions
Liaise with the client, consultants, and internal teams as needed
Maintain accurate site records and progress reports

Requirements:

Proven experience managing refurbishment and/or school projects
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to hit the ground running and deliver within a tight timeframeThis is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager seeking a quick, well-paid assignment during the summer.
