Job Opportunity: Site Manager – Fit-Out (Student Accommodation)

Start Date: 21st July 2025
Duration: 8 Weeks
Day Rate: £290 – £320 (DOE)

Linsco are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager (Fit-Out) to lead the internal fit-out of a student accommodation development in Staines, including both bedrooms and communal areas.

Role Overview:

This is a fast-paced fit-out project requiring a driven and detail-focused Site Manager with a strong track record in delivering high-spec accommodation or residential interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day fit-out operations, ensuring quality and programme adherence
Coordinate and manage subcontractors across multiple trades
Maintain H&S compliance and ensure site documentation is up to date
Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and on-site teams to keep everything on track
Monitor quality assurance and snagging throughout

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering fit-out projects, ideally student accommodation or similar
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
