An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Architectural Technologist to join a dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice based in Cambridgeshire. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of detailed design drawings, technical documentation, and specifications for a variety of projects.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Support the development of planning applications and building regulation submissions.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and ensure project compliance with design specifications.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and industry standards.
Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Qualifications

A degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
Knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
Previous experience in a similar role or within an architectural practice is advantageous but not essential.
