Reddbrick are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a growing company in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional with excellent telephone and sales skills and a proven ability to generate and develop leads.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

* Proactively generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.

* Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored strategies for prospective clients.

* Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior team members.

* Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.

* Stay up to date with industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

* Proven experience in business development, telesales, or a similar role.

* Exceptional telephone communication skills with the ability to engage and influence.

* Strong ability to develop and nurture leads into business opportunities.

* Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
