Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The Director of Cost Management in London (one of four UK offices) is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor who is aiming to sit their APC assessment within the next 12 months to join his team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor’s role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining at an exciting time, with several recent project wins and a diverse portfolio that includes office fit-outs, healthcare, hotel, and residential developments.

In terms of responsibility, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support on a large hotel expansion programme, providing pre and post contract support. You will also have smaller projects to manage the day-to-day quantity surveying.

* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or at final stages of an apprenticeship

* Minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience

* Good pre contract knowledge

* Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment

* Hotel project experience would be a bonus, not essential
