ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects, managing all stages from pre-construction through handover on schemes typically between £100 k–£10 m. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams (designers, contractors, supply chain), ensure adherence to programme, budget, quality and safety standards, and maintain a strong client-facing presence. Typical sectors include retail flagships, restaurant and hospitality fit-outs, and commercial offices.

REQUIREMENTS
*
Experienced Project Manager or Senior PM, ideally from a principal contractor background
*
Proven track record delivering fit-out/refurbishment projects in retail, hospitality or commercial sectors (contract values up to £10 m)
*
Strong ability to manage budgets, programmes, design integration and risk proactively
*
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
*
Solid commercial awareness and contract understanding (traditional and design-and-build)
*
Knowledge of CDM Regs and a track-record in ensuring high standards of H&S and quality delivery
*
Degree or vocational qualification in Construction, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or similar
*
Membership of professional bodies (e.g. CIOB, RICS, APM) would be advantageous
