About the Role
The role will involve assisting with and taking on facade remediation projects, so familiarity with these types of projects is essential. Ideally, you will have over 10 years of experience and a thorough understanding of the Manchester and North market, with the ability to leverage your local commercial contacts to support business development efforts
About the Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor, ideally up to a senior level, to join our building and project consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in a Professional Quantity Surveying (PQS) environment and a proven track record across the full spectrum of quantity surveying disciplines. You should be adept at undertaking Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration duties, with strong IT, communication, and numeracy skills.
