£60,000 – £65,000 + package

We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to lead refurbishment and extension projects on secure Ministry of Justice (MOJ) sites across the North West. If you've got strong site leadership experience and thrive on complex, fast-paced jobs – this one's for you.

The Role:

Oversee day-to-day site activity

Manage subcontractors and ensure projects run to programme

Keep H&S, quality and compliance on point

Work on refurbishments and extensions in secure, live environments

What You'll Need:

Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager

Strong background in refurb projects – ideally MOJ, NHS, schools etc.

SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid

Great leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

What You'll Get:
