About the role:

As a Project Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping unique workplace environments for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with workplace strategists, fellow designers and project managers, you’ll lead the creative journey from concept through to technical drawings, ensuring the design vision is seamlessly delivered on site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing concept designs, mood boards, sketches and presentations that capture the client’s brand and aspirations.

Preparing technical drawings and detailed specifications, collaborating with FF&E specialists and suppliers.

*

Participating in client meetings and pitching design ideas with confidence and flair.

*

Coordinating with internal delivery teams to maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Staying ahead of workplace trends to bring fresh thinking and innovation to every scheme.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in workplace design or commercial interiors (design & build environment ideal).

*

Strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual design and technical detail.

*

Confident using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit a plus.

*

Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
