Job Title: Contracts Manager – South UK Travel
Location: Office-based in Oxfordshire with national travel
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We’re representing a thriving UK main contractor delivering repeat schemes in hospitality and residential. They’re now seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee 3–5 projects across the South. You’ll be key to maintaining programme, team performance, and client relationships across a growing pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee multiple live projects (50–75 units each) from pre-start to handover

* Lead and mentor site teams and assistant managers

* Ensure programme delivery, health & safety, and cost control

* Liaise regularly with clients and commercial departments

* Visit sites weekly (nationwide travel required)

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience running multiple jobs as a Contracts or Senior Project Manager

* Residential or hospitality sector background preferred

* Strong programming and team leadership skills essential

* Must be comfortable with regular travel across Southern England

* SMSTS and full UK driving licence required
