Job Title: MEP Revit Technician
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
A leading building services consultancy in London is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Technician to join its dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
* Produce high-quality coordinated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health) drawings and models using Revit.
* Work closely with engineers and design teams to develop detailed 3D BIM models for a wide range of building projects.
* Ensure that all drawings and models are delivered to company and industry standards, including BIM Level 2 compliance.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of BIM content and Revit families.
* Attend design team meetings and coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors.
* Support the implementation of BIM processes and workflows across projects.
* Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate revision control.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience using Revit MEP within a consultancy or contractor environment.
* Strong understanding of building services engineering (mechanical, electrical, and public health).
* Knowledge of current UK building regulations and industry standards.
* Proficient in AutoCAD is desirable.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
