An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a range of Civils and Water infrastructure projects based in Liverpool. This is a chance to play a key role in the successful delivery of critical works, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full site responsibility for the delivery of civil engineering and water projects

*

Ensure all work is completed to specification, to the required quality, and without defects

*

Lead a team of Sub Agents, Engineers, and Foremen, driving performance and maintaining high safety standards

*

Prepare and implement essential project documentation, including RAMS, ITPs, and Project Plans

*

Maximise contract performance through strong commercial awareness and cost control

*

Produce and manage construction programmes, including 4-week look-ahead schedules

*

Coordinate procurement schedules and maintain strong supplier communication

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A proven track record in a similar role within civil engineering or water sectors

*

Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills

*

Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and environmental best practices

*

Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
