BIM Coordinator – Drylining & Ceilings Specialist

Our client is growing their design capability, embracing BIM modelling, and keeping design fully in-house. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced Design Manager, manage your own projects, and progress to a Design Manager role within two years.

Key Responsibilities

* Support design and delivery of drylining and ceilings projects using Revit and AutoCAD

* Collaborate with the Design Manager and BIM Coordinator on live projects

* Lead your own projects: 2D detailing and BIM model management

* Coordinate clash detection and resolve design integration via Navisworks

* Produce Stage 5 technical drawings ready for construction

* Maintain BIM models, including family component editing

* Work on site 2–3 days per week with flexible remote working options

Experience & Skills

* Strong Revit skills (family creation/editing, scheduling)

* Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and sheet management

* Experienced with Navisworks clash detection and resolution

* Ability to produce detailed Stage 5 technical drawings

* Drylining, ceilings, or related construction experience preferred

* Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative design environment
