The Role

As the Site Manager for this £3 million super prime residential project near Kensington, you will be the driving force on site, responsible for bringing intricate designs to life. Your expertise in structural alterations and complex fit-out will be critical, as will your ability to effectively manage diverse subcontractor teams to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all on-site operations for the £3 million super prime residential project.

Oversee and ensure the flawless execution of structural alterations and steelwork installations.

Manage all aspects of the high-end fit-out, ensuring superior quality finishes.

Proactively manage and coordinate all subcontractors, ensuring adherence to programme, budget, and quality.

Rigorously interpret and follow architectural and structural drawings, ensuring all works are executed precisely to specification.

Implement and maintain the highest health and safety standards on site.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.

Conduct thorough quality inspections and manage the snagging process to achieve impeccable finishes.

Liaise effectively with the Project Manager, design teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on super prime residential projects is essential.

Demonstrable expertise in managing significant structural alterations and steelwork packages.

Extensive experience overseeing high-end residential fit-out works, with an acute eye for detail.

Exceptional ability to read, understand, and implement complex architectural and engineering drawings.

Strong track record in successfully managing and motivating subcontractors.

Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working autonomously in a demanding environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within high-end residential construction.

Valid CSCS card.

Valid SMSTS certificate.

Valid First Aid certificate.
