Fit-Out Site Managers – Shopfitting Projects (Various Locations)

We are currently recruiting experienced Fit-Out Site Managers for shopfitting projects across various locations in the UK. These are freelance/contract roles with competitive rates and the opportunity for ongoing work with a busy and well-established contractor.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered on time, to spec, and safely. You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and liaise with the project team and client as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Full site management from site setup through to handover

Managing subcontractors and trades

*

Ensuring health & safety compliance on site

*

Site reporting and programme management

*

Coordinating deliveries, materials, and site logistics

*

Maintaining quality control throughout the project

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing shopfitting/retail fit-out projects

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold preferred), and First Aid certifications

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (days/nights/weekends as needed)

*

Ability to manage fast-track fit-out projects to strict deadlines

Rate: Competitive day rates (CIS/Umbrella)
