Please note you must have CSCS Card and NVQ Level 2 in passive fire portection to be considered for this role. Drivers license also needed.

Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 to start (Potential to increase to £42,000 after 6-month probation)
Start: ASAP after successful interview

We are seeking an experienced Fire Stopping Operative for long-term work across a wide range of sites, including student accommodation, social housing, and hospital buildings.

Role Overview:

Standard fire stopping works including batt & mastic application, linear gap seals, and similar passive fire protection tasks.

*

Frequent work in communal and occupied areas, requiring a professional and respectful approach.

*

Some projects involve working in loft spaces—experience with fire barriers is highly desirable.

*

Covering sites across Nottingham, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, London, Kent, and Essex.

*

Regular travel and staying away will be required—this role suits someone who is comfortable working away from home for extended periods.
