MEP Site Manager

MEP Site Manager (Mechanical bias) required in Tankersley, Nr Barnsley – Freelance

MadiganGill are currently looking for a MEP Site Managers, ideally mechanical bias but experience in both disciplines is needed, for a long-term project based in Tankersley, near Barnsley.

We are looking for Site Managers, who have experience in of course M&E for a prestigious £80m project on a live data centre.

Full details of works to be undertaken can be provided.

This role is to start immediately with a minimum time frame of 18-24 months, with great potential for longer or a permanent role.

Package/rates for the role are completely negotiable depending on experience. Will be expected to live within a 30 mile radius of the project and ideally have local knowledge.

As a MEP Site Manager you must have:

Ideally degree level qualification
Valid CSCS Card & SMSTS/SSSTS
Experience working on high profile M&E and fitout projects
Strong communication & technical skills
Good planning and organisation skills key for this project
Ability to lead teams of technicians
