About the Role
Were looking for a Business Development Manager to join a reputable HVAC company, and help grow their service contract base, identify small works and project opportunities. Youll work closely with clients across FM, commercial, and industrial sectors, promoting their services in chillers, AC, boilers, ventilation, and controls.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and manage client relationships
· Identify and convert new business opportunities
· Promote energy-efficient upgrades and system improvements
· Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate quotes
· Track sales activity and contribute to business reporting
What They Are Looking For
· Proven B2B sales or business development experience (HVAC/building services a plus)
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Commercially aware with a strategic mindset
· Full UK driving licence
