An established contractor delivering high-quality residential refurbishments across the North West is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager. This role is for a live project in Liverpool, focused on the internal refurbishment of a residential building.

Your new role

Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and deliveries to meet programme targets.
Ensure RAMS and H&S are up-to-date
Liaise with the client and project team to resolve issues promptly.
Monitor QA and ensure project standards are met.
Report progress and manage site documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience managing residential refurbishments.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (in-date).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery.
Available for an immediate start in Liverpool.
