Electrical Supervisor – Polish Speaking

Astute's Power team is partnering with an Electrical sub-contractor to recruit a Polish Speaking Electrical Supervisor to oversee the Electrical works on an initial 8 month contract for its Scotland site.

The Electrical Supervisor role comes with a rate of £26-£27 per hour plus travel and accommodation.

Key skills:

Supervise all electrical activities during the back shift, including containment, cabling, terminations, and testing.

Lead and coordinate electrical operatives, ensuring productivity and quality standards are maintained.

Monitor progress against program and escalate delays or issues to senior site management.

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with current electrical regulations, project specifications, and health & safety requirements.

Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure compliance with RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).

Maintain site records including daily shift reports, progress updates, and material/tool usage.

Liaise with other trades, contractors, and main contractor personnel as required to resolve coordination issues.

Identify and communicate any technical or installation issues and participate in resolution planning.
