About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Call Taker to join a big Social Housing Client of ours. This role consists of answering calls from incoming tenants and to provide assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
* Direct callers to the appropriate department or contact
* Record accurate information using internal systems
* Provide excellent customer service and support
* Handle queries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently
* Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
