An established and respected planning consultancy is seeking a Graduate Planner to join its Reading team. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality projects across a range of sectors, including housing, commercial, and regeneration, with real opportunity to contribute from day one.

You'll be supported by an experienced team and receive tailored guidance as you work towards becoming a chartered member of the RTPI.

Ideal candidates will:

Hold (or be close to completing) a degree or master's in Planning or a related field

Be curious, motivated, and eager to learn

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
