Our client is a well established fit out contractor working on high end commercial fitout projects. Working closely with architectural consultancies or direct with clients, they deliver projects that are very often unique and worked to an exceptionally high standard.

You will be joining a dynamic and supportive company that will provide experiences in various sectors of the construction industry. You’ll be provided with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge-base and become an integral part of this growing team.

You’ll take ownership of the commercial aspects of projects, looking for cost saving solutions for the company and building supplier relationships. You’ll be expected to work closely with the companies estimating department and support the senior quantity surveyors and commercial manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You’ll be focused, consistent and logical, offering support to clients who are looking for someone they can trust to be adroit, and offer the best solutions. You’ll be asked to achieve great results and taught methods on how to successfully price and tender works.

Required Skills and Experience:

* HNC or Degree in a construction related field is desired but not essential

* Previous experience in a commercial construction company (1 year or above)

* Analytical and problem solving skills

* Some knowledge of fit out and refurbishment

Salary and Benefits expectations:

· £35,000 to £45,000+ per annum (depending on level of experience)
