Stock Condition Surveyor -Bristol

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to cover surveys in Bristol for immediate start.

As a stock condition surveyor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties by assessing key elements such as kitchen, bathroom, central heating.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
 Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms etc.
RDSAP assessment 
About the Role:

On-going role for up to 6 months.
Surveys are carried out on a software- tablet devices will be provided.
  Immediate start .
 Carry out 8-10 completed surveys per day.
 Induction provided – to use the software.
  booked appointments and door knocking.
 Outside IR35 role
 Paid Per Survey – Houses, Flats, Blocks.
 Over 400 properties to be surveyed.
 Full training will be provided.
5 days of work (4 on surveys /1 from the clients office)

Ideal Candidates:

· Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
· Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
· Familiarity with the HHSRS system
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
