The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to support the Managing Director and have the role purpose-built around them.

This newly created position offers the chance to play a key role in the company's expansion plans-not only to be part of them but to help shape their future.

Key Responsibilities:

Training will be provided, with the opportunity to become a vital member of a successful, collaborative team.

Preparing, negotiating, and agreeing final accounts.

Procuring subcontractor and material packages.

Preparing cost budgets and pricing contract variations.

Preparing monthly management reports.

Monitoring and controlling expenditure against budgets.

Person Specification:

Personable, dedicated, and ambitious, with a positive, can-do attitude.

Full driving licence.

Ability to build strong working relationships.

Good IT and communication skills.

Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
