MEP CAD/ BIM Coordinator

Hertfordshire

£40-50,000 per annum

Due to a number of major project wins, we are looking for a CAD/ BIM Coordinator from an MEP background to join the design arm of a well-established and expanding Building Services Fit-Out Contractor in Hertfordshire.

THE COMPANY

* Well-established MEP Fit-Out Design and Build Contractor who has been operating for over thirty years.

* Impressive offices based in Hertfordshire.

* Hybrid working

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* The MEP BIM Coordinator will be working alongside the in-house design team modelling individual service layouts and schematics, creating coordinated service layouts & 3D models.

* The MEP BIM Coordinator will be liaising with the Main Contractors and Client Teams in Design Team Meetings during the concept and design phases.

* Working on large scale fit-out projects including major retail, commercial and laboratories.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

* The MEP BIM Coordinator will have experience with using one of AutoCAD MEP, FAB MEP, Revit and Navisworks.

* The MEP BIM Coordinator will have ideally worked on large-scale fit-out projects, designing mechanical and electrical systems.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
