CDM Consultant
A growing multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Reading is looking to appoint a confident and ambitious CDM Consultant with at least three years of experience. This consultancy boasts a well-established Health and Safety team, offering tailored CDM solutions across residential, commercial and public sector developments.
This role will provide full support from senior staff while giving you the autonomy to manage your own portfolio and act as the lead on a variety of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a CDM Consultant seeking professional growth in a dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will receive a diverse portfolio allowing for you to develop your experience further.
The CDM Consultant's role
The successful CDM Consultant will advise clients on their duties under CDM 2015 and act as Principal Designer across the design and pre-construction phase of projects. You will contribute in client and design team meetings, ensuring compliance and safe design practices across a range of schemes.
The CDM Consultant
Minimum 3 years' experience in a CDM Principal Designer or CDM Consultant role (essential)
NEBOSH Construction / General / Fire certificate (essential)
TechIOSH (preferred)
APS membership (preferred)
Degree in a design-related discipline such as Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferred)In Return?
