Senior Project Manager

A forward-thinking Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in hotel and hospitality projects.

The Role: Senior Project Manager

Based in London, the successful Senior Project Manager will join the Project Management team to lead and deliver a large-scale, long-term hotel extension project for a well-known international hotel brand.

The Senior Project Manager will be supported by both the Project Management and Quantity Surveying teams in London to ensure the successful delivery of full pre- and post-contract services across multiple projects throughout the UK.

The Senior Project Manager

* Hotel project experience is a must

* Previously worked for a UK Construction Consultancy (or similar)

* A successful track record of leading on hotel projects

* Solid pre and post contract knowledge

* Client facing / Strong communication skills

* MRICS or APM would be a plus, but not essential
