Quantity Surveyor – Fit Outs

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing, forward-thinking interior fit outs construction business, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the costs and contracts related to commercial interior fit-out projects up to £5m in value.

What are we looking for?

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar fit out business.

* Degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally, Construction Management.

* Strong understanding of materials, pricing and contracts.

* Nice to have, RICS/CIOB membership.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage project budgets, contracts and variations

* Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors

* Monitor costs, forecast spend and ensure profitability

* Collaborate with design and PM teams
