The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

You'll be joining a modern, dynamic team known for their collaborative culture and high-profile project portfolio. As Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll lead your own schemes across a wide range of sectors including:

£5m+ national gym rollouts
High-spec private healthcare refurbishments
Commercial office fit-outs
A major data centre developmentThis is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll have full control of your own projects from inception to completion, while also gaining valuable exposure to larger, more technically complex schemes alongside experienced Associates and Directors.

The Project Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
MRICS or actively working towards chartership
3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience in a consultancy / PQS environment
Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
Personable, client-facing, and confident in leading projectsIn Return?

£50,000 – £60,000
