We are working closely with a renowned Yorkshire based regional contractor, known for delivering high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors, including industrial, commercial, education, and leisure, with project values reaching up to £50m.

As part of their ongoing growth, our client is keen bolster their talented team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor but would also be keen to welcome QS level candidates who demonstrate the skills and ambition necessary to step into a Senior QS role.

This position is primarily office-based, offering you the chance to engage with a dynamic commercial team, while also providing opportunities for site visits across Yorkshire and occasionally into the North West.

Candidates must have;

Proven experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in contract administration.

Experience working in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on commercial, industrial, or educational projects.

Ability to manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting effectively.

Strong negotiation skills with a sound understanding of procurement processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
