Quantity Surveyor

A well-established civil engineering and construction contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Operating across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and industrial development, the company delivers complex projects nationwide.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, contracts, and procurement activities. Key duties include preparing and managing budgets, conducting cost analysis, assessing variations, and supporting contract negotiations. You'll work closely with project teams to ensure commercial efficiency and risk management from tender through to final account.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of NEC contracts, and a solid track record in civil engineering or construction. Attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
