The Company

This MEP Project Manager's role with one of the UK’s major main contractors. They have established themselves as being one the leading main contractors in the commercial, residential, public and interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £500k – 50million. The current position is for an experienced MEP Project Manager's to join their interiors and refurbishment division working on schemes from £10m – £100million.

The Person

We are looking for an MEP Project Manager who has been working for a top 100 main contractor with experience of commercial fit out projects. You will be joining the team on a £50m CAT B fit out in central London and will have responsibility for managing the day to day on site MEP activities of project which is in the construction stage. This project has at least another 12 months until handover and there will be follow on projects for the right person.

A recognisable building services qualification is required. Experience of working on fit out and interiors projects in the £20m -£50m range is desirable.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a mechanical bias and the split is 60% mechanical, 40% electrical.
